To cover publication costs, the journal charges a reasonable **APC**, which includes:
* Peer review management.
* Editorial oversight.
* Production and hosting.
* Long-term archiving.
Waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income countries or those with financial constraints (upon request).
The standard article processing charge is 500 USD. There are no charges for rejected articles.
For reviewers, we will provide a discount voucher for each qualified review, and the voucher is effective within one year. Please note that the voucher is only applied for submissions in this journal, and the authors may use one or several vouchers for one submission.
Note: Article Processing Charges are required after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. The journal will not issue refunds of any kind after the acceptance of the manuscript.
